I ordered this for my husband. He requested this particular mower because it is the size he wanted, the motor he wanted and it has a steel deck. He was excited to get it but when he opened the box, he was very disappointed to see that the height adjustment lever was broken off and laying on top of the mower. There is no way to just replace the lever. It is not fixable. The height adjustment lever looks to have been cheaply made at the connection, hence very easy to break off. He was also disappointed that the mower has plastic wheels - sort of akin to what you would find on a child's toy wagon. He had expected it to have rubber wheels. He said he will "make do" with the mower the way it is, despite not being able to use the height adjustment feature since it can't be returned or repaired. It is disappointing that a brand new item right out of the box arrived broken with no option to return or repair it. It did not meet our expectations of what we paid for.     • Very poor quality mower
The mower came with a broken piece that they stuck on the bag with parts. Amazon sent me a replacement mower a few days later. When I opened the box with the new mower and pushed it out a pin fell off of it. It was bent so I have to replace it. Customer service has been great,.but I certainly would not recommend this mower. I haven't mowed with it yet because I still have to replace the pin. Hopefully, it will hold together better when I mow. ... show more
