Edit: never mind. 2nd use of it with 6 inches of light powder and the gearbox locked up. Have been attempting to contact them for a week now with no luck. Amazon says it can't be returned and power junks website says 15 day money back guarantee. Guess they will wait till the 15 days is up before getting back to me. Assembly was simple despite what several reviews say. Just understand you are buying a bottom budget snow blower. It does move snow. Not as well as most high dollar ones. It doesn't like hard pack. But used correctly and with the mindset it's not a high end it is well worth the money.

Received the snowblower quickly and in perfect condition. The directions are a little ambiguous so fitting the snow chute took some figuring out. If you can assemble an IKEA piece you can do this. Took a second try to adjust the skids to clear snow down to the concrete. Electric starter works great and the unit started easily in subzero temperatures. Clears snow and blows it much better than my single stage snowblower. After two uses I recommend this unit.

❌ Defective Product, Seller Refused to Cover Return — Avoid Amerisun Inc (PowerSmart) I bought this PowerSmart 24-Inch Gas Snow Blower in September 2024. Didn’t use it until February 2025 (first snowfall), and it was defective right out of the box. Would not function properly on first use. I reached out to the seller, Amerisun Inc, who admitted the issue but refused to cover return shipping, even though the item was clearly defective. They repeatedly pointed to a 30-day return window — but Washington State law (RCW 19.86 Consumer Protection Act) requires sellers to cover return shipping for defective items. I’ve now filed a formal complaint with the Washington State Attorney General and reported this issue to Amazon. Unfortunately, Amazon refused to help, even after acknowledging the product was defective. If you’re expecting customer support, you may not get it here. Amerisun Inc is the official seller of PowerSmart products — and if you search, you'll see dozens of other similar complaints (77+ on BBB alone). This appears to be a pattern. ⚠️ Don’t take the 4-star average rating at face value. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own. Proceed with caution.

No complaints on the work the machine does. It chewed up everything I gave it and cleared about 300 yards of paved driveways and around parked cars in 3-4 hours. The handlebars need to be bent beyond their 90 degree angle and outward slightly to make the machine comfortable to use. The current ninety degree bend doesn't fit human anatomy well.

I bough this brand snow blower two year a go... Noting but just problem never start no help when you can company for help, two year boat years I had to take this junk to service to fixed. DO NOT BUY IT horoball Brent.
