Dont walk, RUN away from Powersmart! I or my family own 4 of these and they are great until it breaks. I am a verified purchaser and my 3 others were family members. I blew the auger gear over a month ago. 5 calls on hold for almost an hour, nobody picks up. Left messages, sent over 10 emails no response. Google 303090033 gear and it will tell you everything you need to know. People desperate to find this gear since 2021! Anyone who bashes this review is either clueless of has not had to try and get any parts from Powersmart. These blowers for sale right now take the same exact gear so if you buy one new right now and chew up a sneaker or something in the snow and blow that gear you now own a 1000 dollars piece of scrap metal. Dont believe me, LOOK IT UP!!!

Snow blower assembly was straight forward. Either order the suggested engine oil or be prepared and have 5W30 4 stroke oil on hand since unit ships with no oil. Electric start is awesome however , engine started on first pull of pull rope. Chewed right through 10 " of snow and threw snow 40'. All worked as should.

When I received this snow blower it did not have any oil that I could put in there and it stated it came with oil also the pins for the tires we're not anywhere to be found had to buy those after I got it all put together after running around to try to get the correct parts it ran pretty good overall little disappointed on the parts not being in the box but other than that the machine ran pretty good

Powerhouse of a machine (NO GLAZING!) Monday February 23rd 2026 BLIZZARD! Blew through it! You as a person are responsible for how you use it, dont go waiting till there’s 4ft of snow on the ground; get out there into the thick of it and blast that snow away once theres about 6 or 7inches. Couldn’t be more happier with my purchase.
