Got it all put together, which was pretty simple. Put oil and gas in and started after the second pull. We'll see how it works once snow hits!! Seems like everything is in good working order.

    • At this pointsatified.
At this point, I rate this machine 41/2 stars simply because I purchased it at the end of the snow and winter season. Have not had to use it as yet. During unpacking there were 2 parts missing. The chute crank handle and the clevis pin attaching the drive wheel to the axle. Customer service was excellent in the response and the aforementioned parts were sent and received within days of my call. The headlight is not as bright as I would like but does work ok. The heated handles heat up nicely. The was a dangling wire attached to the handlebar. It took me a while to figure what it attached to. Finally I did. It attaches to a wire that comes from the engine just above the electric starter that provides current to the light and heated handlebars. Carefully measure the oil as you pour it into the machine, as you might over fill the crankcase. Even with the provided container of oil. The Briggs and Stratton engine starts up just fine with only 2 light pulls. You might remove the bottom pan exposing the transmission. The drive gears and shaft where the slide for walk behind speed is set were not lubricated and should be in my opinion. Assembly is easy and comes together well. Have fun and GOD bless. ... show more
