Makes good use of ramps I bought to use for my old scooter which did not have enough clearance. As soon as the front end reached the top the bottom would hit and I was stuck. This has enough of a clearance to work. I only use it indoors and sometimes to go to my back yard and it is very smooth riding. It also cost almost 50% less than my old one and is better riding and looking. The only gripe is the back up beeping when backing but I have gotten used to that and it warns my dog so I guess I can live with that.

Item arrived promptly in a large box and seemed to have arrived in good shape, save for the reams of tape on the box clearly used to re-seal the box for a return. After unboxing we immediately discovered the seat wasn't the one described -designed for the scooter and would not install correctly. After a short trip around the living room, it was clear the scooter tips easily, so we tried to install the anti-tipping wheels only to discover there were not enough parts to do so and multiple bolts and pieces were missing, so no possibility to install anti-tipping devices. Now trying to send the unit back, but quite a headache to do so...very disappointing and time-consuming.

For the price this is a great chair. I bought a blue one for my sister who lives in another state and she has yet to send me a picture of her on it. Her nephew built a ramp so she can bring it in the house on rainy days. I keep expecting her to drive up and surprise me some day :) I'll keep waiting for at least a pic!

Very heavy box FedxX left it sitting in my front yard. Didn’t ring bell or let me know it had been delivered. Had to take apart in yard to get it inside to assemble it. Fairly easy to assemble but instructions sucked😢
