Very convenient and useful mobility scooter. Lightweight with the ability to fold down for easier storage. Has the ability to charge your phone with a standard USB port and if you need to use this at night, the headlight on it is more than bright enough to help you find your way. Easy to get on and off of as the arm rests lift up and the seat swivels outward. It has a removable basket to hold a small purse or keys or snacks or whatever. There is even a holder for a 16oz water bottle. The battery life exceeds at least 8 hours, I haven't pushed it beyond that. There is a rather ear piercing back up beeper, but I believe there is a way to disconnect it. Overall, this was an A+ purchase and if needed, I would definitely purchase again.

My initial review of the item and seller was poor. I wish to correct that to a 5 star rating. My mistake was contacting FedEx instead of Amazon when there was a delivery problem. FedEx advised that they would contact the seller regarding damage to the packaging. They did not. When I was put in touch with the seller, E-Wheel Freedom by Amazon, the issue was resolved most efficiently. I will say that my dealings with the company were excellent, and the scooter is exactly what we needed. Could not be happier.

The first scooter we received was very disappointing. The screws were bending, the charger was missing, and the electric wiring was visible. We contacted customer service, and they were very nice and attentive. They were willing to replace the missing parts, but I suggested that they replace the whole scooter instead, as I didn't feel it was safe for my mother-in-law to drive it. They promptly processed the return, and just a few weeks later, we received a brand new scooter. My mother-in-law couldn't be happier and is very satisfied with her new ride! 😊

I purchased this scooter for my husband who has difficulty walking due to Parkinson’s disease. The scooter is well made, easy to assemble and rides smoothly. FedEx however, damaged the control console upon delivery and the manufactures did everything to satisfy me and make things right and I greatly appreciate them for that. I highly recommend this unit.
