As advertised! My mom loves her new scooter! It was very easy to assemble. Instructions are clear and easy to understand. Just need to figure out how to disable the reverse alarm. It's pretty loud and annoying. Only issue is the attachment peg on the front basket broke during shipment. But, that isn't the company's fault so I'm not down grading my review just for that. The box was badly damaged during shipment even though (I think) the company packed the item very well.

Their 13-year-old grandson assembled them with ease. We particularly love the rotating seat and the adjustable armrests, which make getting on and off much easier.

The only thing that bothers me is the loud beeping when I back up, although it is a safety measure. Otherwise it climbs my ramp well and suits my needs fine. I really thank you for getting it to me on time. My other scooter just died. I appreciate you doing that so much.

Got the scooter and it went together well. After charging it over night put the key in and ran great, but when I turned the light on and nothing happened. The seller is going to make it right.
