Strong teeth, easy to use.
Strong teeth that wear very slowly. The auto adjustment is very nice. I'm a nissan quick lube so I use this about 8-25 times daily it always works and never fails. As of today I can estimate 125+ oil changes and it works like new and is barely missing any paint on the jaws

Great for pool/pvc joint unions
It doesn't mar the PVC unions for my pool. Sometimes they get stubborn, and this helps.

It does its job.
This is by far easy tool to use when changing oil to different types of car.

Great with Accessibility
These work fantastic on filters of all sizes I've run across so long as you have access to the side of the filter to clamp onto and to twist around. If you can only access the bottom side of a filter you need the adjustable filter socket instead---but for the side application this wrench works great!

Great for tight spaces.
The self adjusting part makes it easier to readjust the wrench position for those pesky factory installed filters in tight spaces. The teeth really grip the filter too. Be careful though, as it does have enough strength to puncture the filter and spill oil all over your driveway.

Great addition to the toolbox
These oil filter pliers work well if you have room to use them. They don't work well at an angle. I prefer these over the channel-lock style oil filter pliers. It's nice that they automatically adjust to fit large and small filters. This is a great tool to add to your toolbox but don't expect them to work for every application.
