I'm using this on my 2009 Subaru WRX. This allows you to mount the funnel on the turbo reservoir (green cap) to easily get all the air out of the system. But, lemme tell you it’s a lifesaver, it’s awesome, works perfectly. 1st time ever doing a coolant system and this made it so easy. My wife's Jeep began to periodically overheat for just a few seconds at a time. This had happened before, and was diagnosed as air in the coolant line. Using this funnel makes it easy to "burp" the air out of the system. I plan to use it about once a year or as needed.

This makes radiator flushes so much easier and is worth the money.because of the “universal” caps you may still get some leaking at times but I place paper towels around so soak and stragglers

    • Very Good Kit!
After changing the oil filter housing on my wife's 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan SE, and as part of the process I was forced to flush the coolant. This set made it easy for me to refill the radiator while ensuring the air in the system was removed. The instructions aren't thorough (IMO), but if you take your time you will definitely figure it out. The parts are color-coded, which helps prevent 'guessing games'. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a kit. FYI, keep all the pieces together and make sure that the covers is tightly sealed when storing after use. If you lose any of the pieces, you'd have to get an entire set again! ... show more

I ordered this device for my weekend job. Looks like something to make it easier. I had one free weekend. But Amazon has suddenly broke promised times of delivery. Promise next day, get notice then it will be three days, then 5. Don't make plans!
