I've had several electric pressure washers over the years. This one is the lightest one I've owned, yet it's as powerful as the others. I like that it has different nozzles and they are stored in a holder on the washer. The others I've owned had a variable spray nozzle that was not as precise as dedicated nozzles. The box contained the washer body and parts, pistol handle and extension tube, a high-pressure hose with quick connectors (more on these later) and a user guide. (see pic) Assembly was easy. There are only 10 screws to attach the parts to the main body, and each part has a yellow sticker saying which sequence and where to attach each. (see pic) That was a helpful feature. The stickers remove easily after assembly. The pressure hose connects to the pistol grip and main body via quick connect couplings. That's very handy and fast, but the two couplings are not interchangeable, yet they look very similar, so be aware. I put labels on mine to remind me. The parts all fit nicely on the main body, except the foam cannon which has no place for storage. It sits well inside the handle (see pic) , so I added a zip-tie to keep in in place. That's an easy hack. I like that this washer has an auto-stop feature. The pump automatically shuts off when the trigger is released, keeping the pump from overheating when idling. The only negative is this unit does not include a GFCI plug, only a standard two-prong plug, which is not grounded. I intend to only use it with a GFCI outlet and use of GFCI is recommended in the user manual. This is one of the better pressure washers I've owned. I have to admit that I like Power Washers (PWs) and all of the things that they allow me to easily do. A few years ago now I borrowed a gas-powered PW from a friend of mine so I could wash the vinyl siding of my house. That one was at least twice the size and three times the weight of this PW. It allowed me to wash that vinyl, and then I decided to get rid of the mold on my wooden back steps. That worked very well also. But then I made a mistake. I directed the PW stream to the concrete patio around what used to be a pool (I had filled it in). The concrete looked fine to me, but when I power washed a small section of it I could see how incredibly dirty it was because the cleaned concrete was so clean! So I had to wash the whole thing! Ever since then I’ve wanted a PW of my own. So when I saw this PW from Zhuolin, I ordered it. It’s not as powerful as the one I borrowed, but it’s powerful enough to reach to topmost part of my roof which is at least 20 feet off the ground. It works well for cleaning windows (using either the included bottle that you can fill with your favorite cleaning concentrate and then connect it to the PW or, as in my case, a store bought bottled cleaner that serves the same purpose). The different quick connect nozzles are color-coded (though there is no key that tells you what those colors mean – thankfully, the various tips have the tip degrees visible in the plastic). On the back of the machine are four holes with rubber washers that are designed to store the four tips). I appreciate that, for if I had to keep them without that storage, I’d surely lose them. The installation directions are excellent – in color and very clear. The printed use instructions are in monochrome and the pictures are not quite as clear, but they’re good enough. Assembling this machine was no trouble at all. If I remember correctly there are only two screws. Everything else snaps into place. The handle has an attachment for the power cord and the high-pressure hose. The wand balances nicely and the hose connection is such that it doesn’t unbalance the use of the wand. I like that after you turn the power on for the PW nothing happens – until you press the trigger on the wand and then the machine turns on and the pressurized water pushes out. This machine is so quiet (at least when I compare it to that gas powered PW)! A long electrical cord is built-into the machine, but I suspect that you will also want to use a heavy-duty (waterproof!) extension cord as well. What else can I mention? The wheels are large enough that you can maneuver the PW around your lawn without much trouble. If you do have trouble anyway it’s way light enough to just pick it up and put it where you want it! There are lots of things you can do with this. I never thought of watering my garden with it, but I have now! I can (and do) recommend this to you.
