The lowest resitance is very easy for anyone as an adult. I may order the next one up. I'm 60. Not a body builder and I can do about 30-50 reps right off the bat when I got this. I need the next one up.

WILDLY over exaggerated resistance. This was maybe 7lbs to 10lbs at the very most. It could barely stop itself from flexing under its own weight. Completely useless.

It’s a great workout assist. I had one years ago and saw this one on Amazon. It’s a little shorter than I expected but it gives you a good arm and chest muscle workout. With a choice of poundage, it’s important to get the one that works best for you. The 66 lb is good for me to start on.
