Normally, I like to buy Barcoloungers, but I could not find the one I wanted in stock and my old recliner was broken. I decided to take a chance with this recliner as it looked comfortable and had many of the same features. It arrived quickly and was well packaged. Assembly: it was a bit more than just sliding the back in. The instructions are clear, but you also need to add the arm bolsters and the side bolsters. Hooking up the electronics is straightforward and everything worked. I guess it took me about 20 minutes , no tools required. Comfort: has great lumbar support and I sit up straighter in it than my old chair. I don't slouch in this chair, which is a plus for me. Quality: seems pretty well built. The motors are quiet, quality bushings in the mechanism, the paint job was really good, and you can access the support foam via a zipper on the leg rest and other places. I tend to see these features in better built recliners. The lumbar heat and vibration works very well. In fact, you can turn on the heat without having to turn on the vibration. I appreciate that. Some of the other massage settings probably are not of much use. I suppose it depends where you need it. The remote control is easy to use and I like the controls for the mechanism, which smartly includes a USB standard port and a USB-C port, both of which worked. The "Part" button is not a pause button. Instead it allows select one of the four vibrators in the chair instead of the programs, which all rotate through all of them doing various types of vibrations. I like this because I can select just the lumbar vibration plus the heat (which is also the quietest mode). First chair I've owned that can do this. The only drawback so far would be the size for a bigger person. My buddy is 6 foot 3 and he said it was too small. I'm 5' 7", fairly stout, and I find it very comfortable. I can't see anyone more than about 5' 9" being comfortable in this chair We will see how it holds up. ... show more

I love my recliner, the size is just right for me. I love the heating, massage feature. But it was very hard for me and my 74 yr old husband to assemble! But now that it is assembeled I love it.

    • Amazing find for smaller humans!

I had to come write a review about this chair because I can’t believe more people aren’t raving about it! It is the best bang for your buck I could find for an electric recliner AND has heat and massage, wow. The material seems great, very soft and true to the pictures color (I got dark grey). It was seriously SO EASY to put together!!! It also comes in parts so my weak arms could carry them up the stairs to the room I wanted it in. The only thing I will say is this would definitely not work for a bigger or tall person, it’s definitely a smaller recliner. I’m a 5’4” medium sized woman and I fit perfectly, if you were much bigger I don’t think it would work for you. I will update this review later as I see how well it holds up over some time. ... show more

Well, we were shopping for a power recliner and I wanted one that rocked/glided/turned -- and apparently those are hard to find....and the closest we could find at the furniture stores started at over 800 bucks -- and went into the thousands....for a recliner.... SO, found this and couldn't be happier. It does everything we wanted and was shipped to us in 3 days -- you get two boxes and you just have to slide the arms into the base, and then plug in the cables for the remote and you're relaxing! It's got heat, power recline, has USB port for charging your phone, has "massage" -- it's basically vibrations but there are several up and down the length of the the chair so while it doesn't actually massage, it does give you some relaxation. The power recline works well, and the glide/swivel/rock is perfect. I only wish the chair was a little taller/wider -- but again, you can't beat this when you are comparing to the local furniture stores! The base is a round circular bar and we purchased some "bed risers" from amazon to raise this chair up by 6 inches. Now it's perfect for our use. ... show more

Needed a comfy chair after surgery. This said it was plush and comfortable . It was neither. Most uncomfortable chair ever. Then find out I have to pay $163 to return this piece of crap! We are seniors on a fixed income. $163 is a lot of money to us. Feel taken advantage of. Never again will I trust ordering online! ... show more

I'm really disappointed in the chair. I compared the measurements that were given in the description to my old chair and thought they were close enough. The chair is just too small and I can't return it because I have to pay return shipping of over $200.00. I will just have to live with my mistake. Be very sure of the size before you order. The fabric, look and performance of the chair are great!! We initially had a problem with one of the two we purchased, not working properly. The footrest went up but not back down. The seller was very quick to respond to our message and after a possible solution didn't work, they sent us a new one, it works perfectly! Some reviewers have said the chair is small...this is absolutely true. I'm 5'2 and it's perfect size for me. However, my husband is 5'10 and it's too small for him. The width of the chair is also small, so if you have a larger rear end, you will be very snug in this chair. Additionally, when you raise the foot stool, you cannot prevent the back from reclining which makes it more difficult to watch tv. We'll end up purchasing non slip pillows to help with that. Please note that because the recliner is power, you cannot quickly put your feet down like a manual recliner. You have to wait for the motor to put the foot rest down all the way. It's a bit slow. We had to move the phone so it's closer and can be reached from the reclining position. The charging ports are great, I love that feature! The cup holders are a great feature, but it's hard to help yourself up with them there. The pockets on the sides are great, I can keep a book or craft kit in them with no problem. Overall, the quality of the chair is great, it's just smaller than we thought it would be. A higher back is needed for more comfort. ... show more
