The rooms in my 1930's house only have one outlet per room. I converted one of our rooms into a guest/retro gaming room and the layout that I wanted was quite far from where the single outlet is. This strip is perfect as the cable could be hidden along the room trim and the spacing of the outlets on the strip are spread out enough for the different power adapters each of my old retro gaming systems have. This is perfect. It has the just right plug so that it’s not sticking out or the cord bending. I also like the feature of the usb ports. I’ve been able to use this in my hideaway container for cords. Everything fits perfectly.

I mounted mine on the wall and it was real easy with the suppled template which is see through so that I could clearly see the mounting marks I made on the wall. It is a very "clean looking" unit -- wife approved. I highly recommend this unit.

Pros: Great modern design, not bulky, great wide spacing between plugs. Cons: I don't need the USB and wish there was the same model without them, unit does not appear to be UL listed. Summary: Its about time for a modern surge/outlet bar that doesn't look like it was designed in the 1970's, uses space effectively and feels solid. Why do other manufacturers insist on either making bulky bars, packing a dozen or two dozen outlets into a small space, or adding what they think are stylish designs that get in the way of practicality. These things sit inside or behind furniture, focus on functionality like this one>

This power strip has been the perfect fit for my office. I needed something that had a plug that was flat up against the wall because the plug is directly in front of a drawer. This fits well and still allows the drawer to open. It is also nice to have a surge protector so I can be sure my electronics are safe.

Bought this because I needed a multi-type power strip specifically with an angled, FLAT plug because the outlet is next to the bed and I got really tired of going to sleep every night with my last thought being "what if I wiggle the plug too much and the bed catches fire and I die?" ... SO I BOUGHT THIS and it was actually way higher quality than I thought it would be. It sits flush with the outlet and doesnt obstruct the other plug in the wall, its sturdy and it feels like high quality plastic. Even the packaging was nice. It's well designed and I can't complain. I dont travel so I just assume it could be useful in a hotel room if you brought 10000 electronics you needed to plug in at once.
