I bought these Power Stop rotors and pads (front only) for my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee a month ago. I drive in a lot of heavy traffic and with all the stop and go i killed the original rotors and pads after 36,000 miles. I followed all the instructions and performed the break-in procedure exactly how they say. At first I did notice that the Power Stop breaks were better than the OEM breaks. After 1,200 miles I started to notice a hard to describe noise like a groaning or rumbling while some heavy breaking. There was no pulsating on the break peddle, the breaks were smooth but that sound was driving me crazy. I did send an email to tech support and they suggested I change the pads so they are sending me new ones. I did notice their warranty clause states you must have a technician do the install and if you have any issues with their breaks you must provide an invoice from the mechanic that did the work in order for the warranty to be upheld... Since i did the work im glad they have helped me. I hope once i change the pads it will fix my issues. ... show more
