I like this waist trainer a lot. It covers all of your torso sucking everything in, which most do not. Because it goes up high though it does push up under my beasts which is uncomfortable especially when sitting, it forces you to sit up straight or get up. I walked yesterday with it for the first time & I definitely could feel the heat & I sweated. My only con is their measurements chart seems off. I measured myself & it said to get a medium, which is what I usually wear but it appears too big. The first day I tried it on I could hook the last/3rd row. That makes me think I'm not really getting what I need out of it because I'm not really training by working my way to rows 2&3 over time. It's tight but not uncomfortably tight or "training" tight. Now I dont have a big waist to begin with but I'm not super small either & I have mom pooch because I'm 5 months PP & that still gets in there lol I guess I'm gona have to try a small to get the results I want & feel like it's doing something. So if you're on the smaller/medium waist side keep that in mind & maybe order a size down. ... show more

This product is similar to Anne Cherry. But more steady. I got a medium and I'm a size large shirt. The first time I put it on i thought i bought the wrong size but SQUEEZE into it sis bc it stretches. After the first day, it was easier to get into. It reminds you to keep a good posture and even though the back top has spillage it's not obvious once you put on your bra. Granted my stomach isn't terribly big but i wear a large shirt bc of my chest. If your stomach looks more than a 3 month belly, then size up to a large. The bones dont hurt and it is very supportive. I read to order according to usual size so I got a large. I couldn't get it on at all.. I do have a short torso and deep curve to my back so that might be why my experience isn't lining up with others. I luckily ordered the wrap type in addition to this waist trainer so I'm wearing both at once 🥴 now my goal is to be able to wear this one and work through the hooks. I guess it worked out for me since I'm taking another route. Both together are holding everything in real snug. My back is Straight! Going from Sitting to standing is difficult. The only thing I would have to say is off & to watch out for when buying, is the measurements… they put you at a much larger size then needed. I used to wear a medium religiously, I also used to workout 6/7 days a week. I stopped for a good 2 years & wanted to get back into feeling good again. Of course my waist trainer no longer fit it was too small but not by much…. So I measured it, it came out to be 30 inches, so I measured my waist that came out to be 36 inches. Now on their measurements told me I should get a 3xL I didn’t think that was correct, so I went my gut & got the Large & it fits perfect! Can’t wait to get back down to my medium! ... show more

I read to order smaller than my size, so I started with a small in the breathable version. It was WAY too small. So I returned it, and ordered a large in the latex boned version. This one fit just right! The bones in it really make it that much better. I've always described my body shape as "rectangle" because after I had a baby I just lost any type of curve in my waist. This makes me feel curvy and secure. It was a little hard to get used to but now I work 6 hour days waitressing in it and I prefer having it on over not having it on. Sometimes the hooks get bent up and won't latch but they are easy to bend back in place. I am a size 11 in jeans and wear XL shirt and weight 190lbs. I ordered a size XL and it fits me as I expected it too. It’s snug fitting and sucks me in. Being that it was the first time putting it on and it’s new and it’s latex it was a little struggle to get it on but It fits. Overtime the latex gets less stiff so it’ll become easier to put on. It helps if you’re looking in a mirror to get the hooks in. Like other waist trainers it pushes my back fat up and over but that’s expected. I do like the feeling it gives my back nice and supported. Nice fit, covers all the middle section. But order sizes up. I’m normally an XL so I bought a 2X haaaa …… No I had to return and get a 4x and I’m still squeezing in this thing lol. Once you find your size it’s a great training. I’m 5’7 240 pounds for reference.

Ladies, it does what it’s supposed to do, but if you’re a bigger lady then just know you can’t hide that upper-back fat no matter what, I wore this dress for my husband and I’s anniversary dinner with the shaper and I did not think that it would be a problem lol Just be prepared, probably going to have to wear a jacket over so your secrets aren’t revealed 🤭 Otherwise, I absolutely loved it, it can stretch over uses but after hand-washing and spin on low in dryer it shrunk right back to where it was before that. ... show more
