Was going to have the dealer install new brakes as I am getting older. I've done brake jobs on many cars (even good old drum brakes). While getting the oil changed (free oil changes for life), I asked how much for a 4 wheel brake job. Including a fluid flush, they quoted an eye watering $1300. Spent $300 on this kit and did it myself. Took about 3 hours but I saved $1000. I also bought the master cylinder adapter for my fluid exchange --- $20.     • Easy Crosstrek full brake replacement.
It all came in a huge box, each component in it's own box, inside the huge one. Everything fit as expected and only the little stainless wear bits for the caliper brackets needed any fiddling to get into place (the originals weren't all that easy to remove either). The coating is holding up after a week of alternating rainy/sunny days. Brakes work as expected. I'll update if any issues pop up. Overall very happy and hope I'll not need to touch the brakes for another 50k. ** now would be a good time to flush out that old brake fluid... you're in there... it's not that hard :) ** ... show more

Great quality , put them on my daughters 2015 Subaru Crosstrek. Actually very quiet / smooth and stops a tad better than OEM.

    • Excellent stopping power at a great price.
These pads and rotors are excellent and work great as a factory replacement. One of the things I have noticed is the rotors have stayed free of rust and don't seem to be warped. This is almost unheard of at this price point.

Ordered front and rear brakes rotors. Got 4 rotor boxes clearly labeled front . Customer service seems poorly staffed. Not clearly explaining return process. I have ordered kits from this vendor before without issue. Seem like good quality parts. Please double check your parts before disassembling your vehicle ... show more

    • Fit our 2014 Forester perfectly.
Replaced the original set of pads and rotors on our Forester after about 100k miles, these fit on perfectly. Do yourself a favor and apply anti-seize when reassembling the brake shoe bolts, save yourself a lot of frustration the next time around.

    • Missing Components
Front brake pads didnt come with my order as promised in description. Installed everything else and everything fit. No noise issues so far. Aside from the front pads, everything else showed up in a big box and individually in there own packages within said box. I ended up installing Duralast Gold front pads from Autozone. Refund request/customer service is directed through Powerstop manufacturer. Powerstop reied to my email and will only offer reshipping assistance with a long list of photo and documents required to process assistance, any other refund must go through Amazon as product was ordered through Amazon. Will try to update this review after getting a hold of Amazon. I had to install everything else as I have planned an 8hr trip in the next few days.     • FITS PERFECTLY on 2014 subaru XV crosstrek
Easy install, nice coating, better than stock braking. Would recommend for daily drivers like my subaru. Hopefully won't have to change for a while.
