I was a little skeptical about ordering a couch online but I am so glad we did. It did come in 4 boxes, they were not too heavy to maneuver. It took about 30minutes to open and put together. Very easy to put together and worked perfectly. I love the fabric and the armrest have a goo cushion. The center console folds down easily and there are two cup holders and an electric popup area for plugging in your phone. There are also phone plugs on both sides of the couch. The sofa was delivered very fast. Just three days after ordering, it arrived in four boxes. Assembly was straightforward, though the instructions for aligning the support bars were unclear, so we had to redo that step. Once assembled, the sofa exceeded my expectations! The seats are firm yet comfortable, providing excellent lumbar support that my lower back truly appreciates. The recliner motor operates almost silently, and the wall-hugging design is amazing, you can place the sofa just 5 inches from the wall and still fully recline. A convenient feature is the convertible middle backrest, which easily transforms into a table with a simple push. The fabric feels durable and high-quality, adding to the overall appeal. Despite all these positives, I had to dock one star due to stability issues. The support beams connecting the three seats aren't sturdy enough for lifting or moving the couch, so it has to be carefully slid into position instead. Overall, this is an excellent recliner sofa, especially at this price point. I’d highly recommend it—with just a minor caveat about its mobility. ... show more

Delivery was strange. The four boxes arrived, but spread out over 6 days. One end section did not line up properly with the other two sections (as shown in photo). The black anti-tip metal legs stick out too far and get stepped on quite often (without shoes) which is a little painful! The beige color has a tint of green shade to it. My whole goal was looking for couch that was slightly larger than my old one and much more comfortable, and Im glad to say that this couch is both. One aspect that was great is that it came im 4 boxes (see picture for average box demensions), which made it much easier to manuver into my small apartment. Assembly was very easy and I was able to to so by myself in about 30min. The material is nice an soft with the armrests the same as well so if you want to lay along the couch length wise you do not need a pillow. Reclinig features work great and the extra outlets and usb slots make it very convienent to keep your electronic appliances charged as well. I have owned this couch for over 7 months. It’s holding up great. The cushions are retaining its shape and comfort. They are not breaking down. The power recliner motor is still quiet. I have nothing bad to say about this purchase. I would purchase again.

For the price, not very impressed. The back on one side won't stay level with the other side, wont lock into place, it has to be pushed down several times a a day. The leg rest doesn't go up real high, and the back doesn't go back far. The chair showed up in a timely manner, easy to put together. It's not very sturdy. When lowering the leg rest it's very slow, as well as not alot of pad on the leg rest. The charger port in the arm rest is VERY SHARP, not suggesting it if you have animals or little one's that may climb, they will definitely cut themselves. material is soft so that's a plus.
