Arrived on time. Assembly was fairly easy. Chair is comfortable. Easy operation of all the features. Massage is more of a vibration. Included lumbar pillow is a little large to use as intended. Chair probably wouldn’t be a good fit for someone over 5ft 9 inches.

Broke in 2 months. Led lights need be replugged often. Electronic motor for chair failed just after 2 months. Backrest unseat on its own. This is NOT a quality chair. Do not purchase.

Chair is designed for asians, so anyone over 5-9, 5-10, might be to big, also if you weigh more than 230-250 this might be to small. the chair is comfortable for me because of my size, the vibrator and heat is kinda hit or miss depending on what you like, it was very easy to assemble, its a decent chair with nice reclining features, but might be a little overpriced and not sure of its durability ... show more

Everything is nice about the chair, its comfortable as heck, lays far back, the massager really isn't nothing it just vibrates it's literally nothing lol donno why it's even there they should have opt for some speakers instead of a baby vibrator :) love my chair though!!!! ... show more
