I was pretty nervous about dropping close to $1,000 on a recliner without seeing it in person, but I’m honestly impressed. Delivery was much faster than expected, and the chair arrived in three boxes that weren’t too hard to manage. Assembly isn’t difficult, but lining up the arms took me a couple of tries—definitely easier with two people. The gray chenille fabric feels soft but durable, and it’s easy to wipe clean. I went with the “Big Man” version even though I don’t really need the size, and I’m glad I did—the extra width makes it super comfortable, and my dog is happy to share the seat with me. Some features stand out: the flip-up arms with cupholders and storage are surprisingly useful, and the built-in USB/USB-C charging inside the pocket means no messy cords around the chair. The lumbar pillow was an unexpected bonus and gives nice support. The lift function is a game changer. I’ve had both knees replaced, and when they lock up the chair gives me that extra push to stand up without strain. The massage/heat is fine—about what I expected, nothing amazing, but it does help after a long day. Overall, this is a solid, supportive chair that feels well-made. It’s big, so make sure you’ve got the space, but I’m glad I took the chance. It’s already become my favorite spot in the house.

The media could not be loaded. So easy to set up! Box says heavy but as a petite woman I was able to get it upstairs by myself. Instructions were super easy to follow and I got it going within minutes! Is very soft and comfy. The warming setting is awesome and the massage options are to die for, I can sit for hours and relax! My kids of course are loving it too going up and down lol. Ive been wanting one of this chairs for a long time and Im so happy I finally got one. The side pockets are perfect to keep the remotes and no lose them!

To start, the Right arm had flimsy material and crushed with light pressure. Although it was replaced in a timely manner, let me tell you the rest of the story... (5 days after the return window closed) This chair is awful! The seat cushions became hard and sunken, many creaks noted after purchase that sounded like wood splintering. When using the reclining option, you feel and hear the motor in the seat. Oh and that splintering wood sound? It was the left side of the back breaking. The back now sits at an angle. Note: I am 250lbs. The chair took 1hr to assemble; took our time to make sure it was done correctly. And the chair sits on low plush carpet. I have written the company again and have been ignored.

This is the best purchase I have made in a long time. Besides looking really nice in my living room, the functionality is amazing. My elderly mother needs extra help with rising from a chair and I took a chance on this chair. I'm so glad I did. The lie flat function makes it easy to nap or sleep the entire night, and it's so comfortable. The seat of the chair is firm without being hard. There is a lot of support. The included lumbar pillow is a nice touch. I like that it comes to a nearly full-standing position that allows her to get to her feet easily with no straining to stand. The lift movement is smooth and it's quiet. The base is rock solid even when the chair is raised, so she feels secure getting in and out of it. The massage feature is great, you get a decent massage that feels really good. (I had to test drive it, of course. It was glorious.) The heat is probably Mom's favorite feature of all. It's going to great this winter, for certain. I love the cup holders and storage, holds the chair control as well as her TV remote with room for more items. The upholstery is soft and smooth, but it's not thin or flimsy. The chair is built to last. This is such a help to my mom. It's a larger chair so it would be really good for anyone. I was a little worried about getting it assembled but it went together easily, and it took hardly any time at all. I put it together myself. Highly recommended.

I am so excited for my friends to check out my new chair. I literally FaceTimed my mom the minute it was all set up. I set it up by myself! It came in 3 big boxes, and they were fairly heavy so I wasn’t able to carry them. So I opened the boxes and took out the parts one by one, which was pretty simple. The cords are easy, you just connect the colors. I was all set up in 20 minutes I love how I can set up my incline with precision. I get to pick the most comfortable position for myself. And then I turn on the heat (yes, it has a built in heating pad) and the vibration, and just relax. It is unbelievably relaxing. I totally understand why babies like vibrating swings. Seriously though, I love the chenille fabric. It’s very soft and cozy. The cushions are firm and supportive. And the arm rests are so awesome - they have storage bins and cup holders inside. On both sides! It has two remotes to control the functions - one adjusts the recline and lift, and the other one adjusts massage and heat. It’s so easy to use, that my 4 year old has figured out how to lift the chair vertically and slide down it. He has a blast haha. It’s really my favorite spot now, and everyone calls it “momma’s chair.” It’s the best spot for relaxing and reading, and I am so glad I bought this!

This chairs are sturdy and assembled fairly easy...they just are not comfort...hard and legs rest is too short even for people 5ft 5in...Material and everything else are nice ...just not a comfortable chair...would not buy again
