If this is the new way they are delivering heavy furniture I am all in for the new trend, lol. The instructions were crystal clear and super easy to follow, but everything was arranged, positioned and laid out so clearly by the design alone that I feel if you were intuitive enough about such things you wouldn't even need the instructions. It took us less than 20 minutes to get the entire chair put together and up and running. It was so easy to assemble it felt more like doing a fun furniture puzzle than performing a chore. The color is great and the chair's material is very comfortable in soothing against the skin, and just the right mix of soft and firm. It seems to be water resistant (as in you don't have to worry about every little spill soaking in instantly). We love the fact that the chair itself comes with cup holders and others forms of storage space. The dual remote design is great, it keeps the confusion down and it eliminates overcrowding. Not only are the buttons a decent size, they light up in a way that makes each function easy to discern and if you have the lights off you don't need to flip the lights on to see which button you need to hit to recline it back or to lift the foot rest. This chair does each and every movement and motion that it performs slowly and fluidly so you don't have to worry about being it moving faster than you're able to keep up with. We also love the fact that it reclines all the way to a flat position so if we fall asleep in the chair and don't want to move we can literally lay it down completely flat and stay put and we love the fact that it does all of its movements (massage, heat, repositioning, etc.) without causing a lot of noisy intrusive sounds or excessive vibrations. NOTE - since it came in pieces if we ever need to move it we can just take it back apart and move it a section at a time which can be done by one person. ... show more

Husband loves the amenities of this chair. It looks great and seems solid. I do not care for the fact that it leans to the right. I am worried about how long it will hold up. Time will tell and will update. UPDATED Do not buy the chair was not put together in factory correctly. After many troubleshooting. The chair still leans to the left and is breaking down. I am so excited for my friends to check out my new chair. I literally FaceTimed my mom the minute it was all set up. I set it up by myself! It came in 3 big boxes, and they were fairly heavy so I wasn’t able to carry them. So I opened the boxes and took out the parts one by one, which was pretty simple. The cords are easy, you just connect the colors. I was all set up in 20 minutes I love how I can set up my incline with precision. I get to pick the most comfortable position for myself. And then I turn on the heat (yes, it has a built in heating pad) and the vibration, and just relax. It is unbelievably relaxing. I totally understand why babies like vibrating swings. Seriously though, I love the chenille fabric. It’s very soft and cozy. The cushions are firm and supportive. And the arm rests are so awesome - they have storage bins and cup holders inside. On both sides! It has two remotes to control the functions - one adjusts the recline and lift, and the other one adjusts massage and heat. It’s so easy to use, that my 4 year old has figured out how to lift the chair vertically and slide down it. He has a blast haha. It’s really my favorite spot now, and everyone calls it “momma’s chair.” It’s the best spot for relaxing and reading, and I am so glad I bought this! ... show more

I bought this recliner for my elderly mother, and it has been a great help for her daily routine. The lift function makes it much easier for her to stand up without struggling, which gives me more peace of mind. The chair is spacious and comfortable, with a wide seat and good padding. My mother likes the heat and massage features, and the cup holders and storage arms are very convenient for keeping small items nearby. We had a small issue at first, so I contacted the seller. They replied quickly and helped solve it right away. The service was very friendly and professional. Overall, this is a comfortable, sturdy, and practical chair. I was really hoping it was a little bit more cushiony plus I'm not a fan of the separate head reclined normally when you push the button to go up and down it would automatically recline but it's just very hard and not very comfortable. Everybody thinks it's beautiful though

I would give it zero stars if I could. It took less than 4 months for it to fall apart and quit working. Unfortunately it was past the return window so I couldn't return it. The frame bent and couldn't be repaired. The lower lumbar area was also very uncomfortable and the pillow it came with kept getting pulled down into the chair. Don't waste your money. I would upload photos but I didn't think to take any before it was set at the curb for the garbage company. ... show more
