This chair is very comfortable and feels very sturdy. It was fairly easy to put together, although I knocked off a star because there was no directions so putting the plugs together was a little annoying.

4/29/26 - Changing my review. We had one issue that they took care of very quickly. And then, the heat function of this chair stopped working. I've reached out to them again, twice, but have heard nothing back. As this chair was purchased because of the heat function, along with the recline, this is very disappointing. I've done further research, and this chair doesn't have a warranty (what was I thinking). This chair is amazing - I have 2 small critiques, but they aren't important enough to dock the stars. The heat & massage don't go up to the neck, only to the shoulders. I'm 5'7" tall, and my feet hang off the foot rest when I stretch out. The cushioning is so comfortable, the instructions were easy to follow, and it was easy to put together by myself. Update - Customer Service - I let them know we had a problem - they took 1 day each time to respond, but determined the problem and shipped out a new remote. The issue is resolved - and wasn't a hassle at all. Given that this company isn't in the US, I was really surprised by how quickly we got the new remote, that they included all of the remotes/power cords just in case. Really great service. Really comfortable chair. The wide seat makes a big difference and doesn’t feel tight at all. Heat and massage help my back, and the lift makes standing up much easier. Wireless charging is very handy.
