Second, the color, beige, is perfect and the quality of the leather is soft and comfortable. Also wipes down easily. Next, the vibration options and heat are perfect. I recently had spinal surgery and the vibration is a perfect amount to supply relief and not cause any discomfort. Last, I didnt need the standing feature, but after a recent fall, I did need it. I was very happy it was there and it was very helpful. The chair arrived very quickly in 2 boxes and I put it together by myself and I’m in a wheelchair. Great value. Chair functions as advertised. Everything works perfectly and it is very comfortable to sit in. The massager works better than I expected it would. I stands up nearly vertical to the point to where I have to stand up or fall out. You can buy without any fears.

I bought two chairs and the only problem I had assembling them was where the two little brackets that go on the back of each chair are mounted. I looked at a video that was complaining about the chair and sure enough I saw how to mount them. Everything went together easily and the chairs are very comfortable. There is a small tear on the left arm of one of the chairs but I have sent a note to the seller and hopefully they will be able to take care of it. They did take care of it immediately! DON’T BUY ONE OF THESE CHAIRS…BUY TWO! ... show more

Great piece of furniture. Comes in two separate boxes, those came couple days apart. Easy to assemble. Very comfortable. It is reclining with massage and help up for elderly. Great for every age and entire family loves it. Seller should get A+ for ability to resolve the issues.

I bought this chair because it said it was real leather and the price was pretty good. When you sit on it the middle part of the cushion digs right up into your bottom side and it has not broken in. It’s hard like a rock. I would’ve sent it back, but I’m 90 years old and couldn’t not do this so I’m stuck with a chair that’s really not comfortable ... show more

This chair was fairly comfortable for two weeks, after that I noticed it was sagging already in the seat, then I noticed that the lumbar area was collapsed and not supporting my lumbar area and causing me pain in my back and hips and I began to have pain down my left leg, also after a nap i was waking up with a sore neck, then I started having knee pain due to the fact that the leg support had collapsed, i have been told that since I didn't return the item within the 60 days I was not due for a refund so that tells me that I paid $500 dollars for a chair that lasted for two weeks, I'm disabled and live on disability income $500 dollars is near one third of my monthly income and I can't handle that, so if you are in need of a lift recliner I strongly recommend buying one from a reputable company such as LaZboy or purchasing one from Haverties, request an American made chair. ... show more
