I've had my chair for 3 months now. The chair was easy to assemble with two people. It's very comfortable and the material is soft. I love the wide seat, it's firm but comfy. The arms are wide and not too high. The pull-out side table is convenient, although mine doesn't sit level when locked in place. It tilts downward a bit but hasn't been an issue. I have medical issues that make it impossible to sleep on a bed. This chair has made lounging and sleeping so much easier. I have to elevate my legs due to inflammation and hip/knee pain. The infinite position on this chair makes it so easy to find the perfect combination to allow me to sit with little to no pain and fall asleep much faster than before. It's been a life saver! And the lift function makes it so much easier to get out of the chair in the morning when my back and legs have stiffened up overnight. The massage and heat functions were not a factor when purchasing the chair. That's good since they're not real effective. The massage is very gentle and barely noticeable. But every once in a while I'll turn it on before I go to sleep and it probably helps me relax a bit. It definitely doesn't hurt. Overall, I'm very happy with my chair and it's a good value for the money. I've recommended it to family members for their post-surgery recovery. ... show more

This chair is super comfortable, and works great. I bought it for my mom, who just had surgery and is actually sleeping in it. She loves it. There was an issue with it when we first received it, and I contacted support. They replied within 30 minutes, and got the issue resolved just as fast. I'm pretty sure we received a "Grainy Gray" instead of a "Coconut Velvet" chair, but it seems sturdy and lifts well. The cup holder on the foldable shelf is understandably shallow, and unfortunately won't hold a taller cup in when the chair is lifted. It took the eldest of usa while to figure out the "thing that looks like a cup heating plate" behind the cup holder is actually a wireless charging station. The chair arrived in only a couple of days in three different boxes. It was very easy to put together and we very comfortable with nice fabric. I ordered the light gray (velvet) and it was darker than what was pictured, but that didn't matter as we like the color it is. Everything worked perfectly and my father who has a cast on his right elbow loves the ease to get in and out and sleeps well in it. The backrest had a small blemish in the cushion that we were unable to massage out, but the seller made it right with us immediately. I will definitely be buying one for myself from this seller. This chair is very big, could fit two of me in it My health prohibits laying flat to sleep so this recliner is perfect for me, will recline as much as you like. Really like this chair. The massgae function is great to help you relax. The power lyft function is great when my back is achy. Im very pleased with this chair, especially knowing that i didnt spend $1200-$2500 on a recliner.

Was happy with this chair for 5 months. Easy to put together and comfortable. Would have given it 4 stars but the wiring for the remote came loose and I can no longer raise or lower footrest or back. Will be contacting the seller but not holding out hope.
