Very good general use drill. We needed a fairly good drill for some quick repairs around the house and we had a small budget. This drill came with a good selection of bit. I like the ability to recharge the battery without needing a separate charging base, you just plug the cord into the battery. If you need a good drill that will not bust your budget, then consider this one.

However, after some use, the battery unexpectedly stopped working, which was definitely frustrating. That said, what really stood out to me was the customer service. I reached out to their support team, explained the issue, and they responded quickly and professionally. Without any hassle, they arranged for a replacement battery to be sent out to me almost immediately. It’s rare to find companies that stand behind their products like that, and it made a big difference in how I feel about the purchase overall.
