This thing is undefeated. It drills through everything with no problem, including king studs and thick framing. With the right drill bit it cuts through in just a few seconds. The power is serious and the build feels rock solid. It is a little heavy, probably around six or seven pounds, but that is expected with how strong it is. Easily one of my favorite tools that I have picked up recently. It gets the job done fast every single time. Setup is super simple. Fits in you bag easily.

Handy drill but could be better
I got this Milwaukee right angle drill mainly for tough jobs around the house and at work. It works pretty well for drilling into tight spots and is nice to hold. The power is decent and it feels durable. However, the battery life isn’t the best and it sometimes struggles with longer tasks. Plus, the price is a bit steep for a tool-only package. Still, when I need a compact drill for hard-to-reach places, it does the job. 😊 I just wish the battery lasted longer during those long DIY projects.

useful drill for gym repairs
I bought this for the gym so I could handle framing and plumbing jobs without calling our contractor for every small change. Last month, I drilled through the studs behind the break-room sink to run a new water line. The Hole Hawg pushed through cleanly and kept moving without bogging down. I like the trigger control too. I could ease into the hole instead of wrestling the drill. I use it for real maintenance work, not just hanging a shelf. The head takes up more room than I wanted under that sink, and tool-only meant keeping a charged M18 battery close by. I do wish the head were slimmer in tight spots.

Useful drill, awkward for small fixes
My gym needed a few shelves in the break room, so I bought this for the tight space behind the fridge. It had plenty of power, but the head felt bulky when I worked around the pipes, and buying the battery separately added cost. I got the shelves up, just slower than I expected.
