BAMF subwoofers are for you bass BURP fanatics! This BAMF Series Subwoofer (12 in., 3,500 Watts max, Dual 4Ω) from Power Acoustik is engineered for the most extreme conditions. Massive 3 in. 4-layer voice coils built on an aluminum former can take the heat. Freakishly oversized motor structures provide more magnetic inertia than is ever necessary for a woofer. Spruce tree pulp cones, high density extended excursion foam surround and hybrid suspension dampers work together to contain the momentum to a shattering roar!

The media could not be loaded. i got 2 of them and slapped them in a sony box with a boom tube. let me tell you. these hit low frequencies HARD. don’t listen to the people that tell you to break them in bc these are BEASTS. shook a painting off my wall when i parked at my house the first time. i am running 3000 rms thru a taramps MD.3000.1 with a rockville 2 gauge wiring kit. all of which is available on amazon. sony box i found at a scrapyard. i pushed them as hard as my amp could and they didn’t clip whatsoever. will upgrade to sundown eventually but these will be more than good for now ... show more

People are shocked how loud the speaker is for the price would buy the speaker a hundred times over the price is reasonable for other markets before a 15 inch subwoofer you cannot go wrong you can hear this thing from blocks away it will shake your neighbor's house windows as long as you have the right box I'm running 1200 watts to this with no problem ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I have two 15 inch 4 ohm DVC Power Acoustik BAMF 154 subs, in a custom box I made with 2 cubic feet internal volume per sub, running at a 1 ohm load, fed by a Power Acoustik OD1-7500D amp in bridged mode, a 6 farad Audiopipe capacitor, and an Optima Yellow top battery. I had a 15 inch sony xplod that I just took out which hit slightly cleaner and deeper but this hits sooooooo much harder. UPDATE: Less than half a year of normal use feeding it wattage not exceeding the RMS specs, voicecoil completely fried. Now I have 50 pound $129 magnet. SECOND UPDATE: My second sub has now blown. These subs have great sound quality and value but if you play them for an extended period on a hot day the voice coil will melt. Very disappointed. ... show more

I think my speaker developed a short after only a couple months. Sends amp into protect mode. (Amp works still with other speakers, same load and resistance) I will say the speaker worked great before the issue so maybe I just got a bad one.

Just get yourself an amp over 1,000 watts RMS and this thing'll riiiiiiip. Was skeptical at first about this sub when i was buying it, but that all went away once i got my amp tuned right and once i got a big enough subwoofer box. BY THE WAY - Make sure you put this sub in a box that is no less than 3 cubic feet. Trust me, i had a smaller box at first and it just wasn't rippin like i wanted it to. the optimum box for it is 4 cubic feet, but those boxes do get expensive. i have 3.5 cubic feet and I am very happy with how much louder it is now. ... show more

Great looking sub overall, got mine used from beachaudio and it was worth the buy. I can't say anything bad so far and I wish I couldve gotten 2 instead of 1 but ill just save up.will update later after I place it in a dual 12 inch ported enclosure I had my buddy put together, just something he played around with when he got bored. ... show more
