I was looking for a home desk chair that didn't require any assembly when I came across this one. It arrived several days before the expected delivery date, packed very securely, and all I had to do was push the seat down and it was ready to use. Not a whimpy chair, it is solid and sturdy, no wobbles, I weigh 225 pounds. It would be nice if the padding on the seat was thicker but it is OK. They market this as a dining chair, certainly more for a casual dining area, not for a formal dining room because of how much the black folding mechanism shows, it has a more rustic look but is fine for my needs. I'm thinking of ordering a second one and replacing my other traditional folding chair. ... show more
