The vitamins have a great fruity/citrus taste. This is beneficial especially if you don't like the taste of vitamins, I know that I don't. Not only do they taste great but when compared to other expensive vitamins, it has the same nutritional value. You get Vitamins A, C, D, E, B-12 and Biotin at an excellent price. The vitamins are taken twice a day and are easy to chew (soft and just the right size). Another plus is that the seller ships them out quickly. I would DEFINITELY recommend these vitamins. Not only do they taste great (citrus flavor and easy to chew) but they have the necessary Daily Value of vitamins that you would need to stay healthy. I started taking these gummies because I felt i needed more supplements and more of a boost in my daily life. I have been taking them for a month now. Im not sure if i notice a difference, but they taste good, and are easy to take. I over feel great and healthier, but no issues or side effects from these vitamins . I have been using these for about a year now. I like them very much as they are not too hard or soft and have a good taste (not like candy). In addition to these, I also take vitamin D3 & biotin. For the price, it lasts a good month and a half, which isn't bad compared to other brands!

I wanted a multi vitamin that included a good amount of zinc, vitamin C, and vitamin D for immune support, and these had more than most other brands, and at a good price.
