Best one of this type of product I have ever tried.I liked everything about it. First the fit, it's wide enough to cover the entire mid section. Second, the fit - the adjustable side bands make for an easy adjustment for the waist without tightening the entire abdominal coverage area. Third, the Velcro makes it so very easy to adjust Fourth, the fabric with the partial mess makes it breathable and comfortable. Fifth, love that it came in dark color so no stain from post surgery leaks. Sixth, do I really need to say more? Ok then alsdo got one for my 15 Y.O niece as I felt comfortable with her wearing this and still breathe comfortably. Thank you so much for a very well made product!

The metal strips that are inside it and are supposed to provide support begin to migrate outward and eventually completely out of the abdominal binder; no matter how much you push them back in, poking and irritating your skin, thereby providing less and less pain relief, support, and comfort to where you have no other choice but to stop wearing it and buy another one; different of course not to mention sticking out making you look like an idiot. I'm mad I wasted my money on it twice!

I bought this because I had a serious accident that injured my thoracic spine causing the sensation (for four years now) of having broken ribs,though it is the spine injury causing it. Compression is the only thing that helps, my Doctor doesn't want me to wear a brace but OKd this adjustable compression to add to the compression tank top & compression shorts I have to wear even while sleeping. I have gotten several other 'belts' but this one is GREAT. Stays in place, has the added mid back compression right where I have a damaged nerve. I think it would be great for any use, sure wish these were available after my Son was born! A A+ Job by a small American Company that will send emails about care etc.
