I have a pre existing back injury and im happy to say it doesn't hurt my back to wear this. I can't tell I'm wearing it underneath most outfits. If you wear form fitted clothes you will see lines but I expected that. It's quick to take off and on as needed. I feel more stable while wearing it. Hopefully it helps heal the diastasis recti I developed during pregnancy even if it wasn't designed for that purpose specifically. I'm happy with it!

I ordered a large when it recommended a medium & glad I did !! I sized up so that it wasn’t too tight ! Oh my goodness can I say how much it has helped my back & my hiatal hernia NOT to hurt ! It offers the right amount of support ! I recommend it to anyone that has to do lifting & has a hernia . It has helped me to feel normal again ! I just a wrap it over my shirt & it doesn’t bother me at all or a tank top to prevent rubbing .. but ot works like a charm .

These products are difficult overall but I had high hopes because it appears that you can adjust the hips separately. Although you can't, not really and even though there are plastic vertical supports in the back meant to help from bunching and folding up on itself, it doesn't. I can't tell you what brand might be better but this one is not it.

It got me by, but I just don’t like the fact that it doesn’t stay put. It’s hard to wear this consistently throughout the day because it rolls down, or the straps will move. After maybe an hour it becomes so uncomfortable that I have to remove it because the fabric will roll and place too much pressure on different parts of my body.
