The Semoprus was the second sauna that we purchased. We bought this sauna to try out and see if we would both like and use a sauna. We are considering purchasing a cedar sauna with infra red therapy in the future. This sauna is super easy to set up and use. It is made for one person to use at a time and is easy to move from one place to another. Many wonderful health benefits to using a sauna including improved sleep, reduced pain, improved cardiovascular health and skin. All of which I have experience and noticed an improvement. Hub works outdoors in the winter, so this was the best thing for unwind & warm up after work. The chair is teeny tiny, so if you are heavier than 150 lbs, definitely purchase a different chair. Otherwise, I would 11/10 recommend it
