The instructions are not very clear but you can figure out how to put it together by looking at the image. It is very tall in height. It comes with a chair and a remote control. I find it similar to an actual sauna. It is very convenient to use.

Works as I’d expected. Feels just like the real spa in the fitness clubs. Now I can do sauna pretty much any time I want to – at home. Simple and light-weight tent can be moved easily around the house. Construction was easy, but it did take me more than 5 minutes. The heat-up time is largely determined by the amount of water in the boiler. Overall, I like it.
