I use this fan indoors for a specific purpose: I live in a hot climate and one of our air-conditioning units is poorly placed, so I'm hanging this fan next to it on the wall to distribute the air. The cordless nature of the fan plus the hook are great for this. It's quite lightweight but seems like good build quality. It has four settings and can provide quite powerful air flow, at least on the higher settings. I had it running for many hours, so the batter seems good (not exactly timed it).
