The ease of set up on app is a plus as well as printer paper already installed and another spair one comes with it. I tried the cheap ink printers before Two of them under $80 they print out 30 pages and not able to print any more. This one is under $100 and Qualities of print out material is great I no longer rely on ups stores print out nor business office printers ... show more

    • Weird, but it works
Still really weird and somewhat annoying to have to use a 3rd party app to print things, but that seems to be the norm with these thermal printers. Granted… the app does work decently well for me. You can finagle settings until you get the type of print you want…. Like printing shipping labels of various sizes or just regular sized prints. I do like they it can print various sizes, and can accept the flat thermal paper as well as rolls. I did not have any issues with connectivity. Plugged the supplied usb drive into my pc, and it installed easily. Printed something within 5 minutes. My pc does not have Bluetooth yet, so I just hardwired it. My phone app recognized the printer right away as long as it is turned on. Will get some flat pages in the future to have on hand, but I do like the convenience of the rolls. I don’t print photos or really anything that needs color, so this printer works great for me living in my camper full time. Super small and stores away in any tiny spot for when I need it. This could certainly be adequate for a busier home office that just prints a some documents every day. It prints quickly and love that there is no ink to deal with. ... show more

The printer works fine for phones and my tethered (USB C). Getting it to print wirelessly on my Lenovo is a whole different situation. Instructions are as clear as mud. Frustrating to have to go through many iterations to figure it out. The listing claims that technical assistance is available, but I sure couldn’t quickly find a phone or website to get assistance. I bought this printer as a gift to my sister and she absolutely loves it! Pros: 1. Portable 2. Easy to use 3. Wireless 4. Can be used with mobile devices Cons: No clear wireless print instructions It actually wasn't hard to set-up but unfortunately the booklet instructions did not specify how to print after connecting the blue tooth. We spent several minutes confused searching how to print because the written instructions only mention downloading drivers to computer. We found the you-tube video in the app which was amazingly helpful but would recommend written instructions to direct to view video for first time users. ... show more
