The sockets seem to be well made, the finish is good and smooth. The screw driver type driver handle seems to be made out of a cheap plastic and poorly finished. The case like most of the plastic cases made for products like this is thin but the latch seems a little more robust. The sockets are just held in by gravity so if you turn the box upside down many of the smaller sockets are scattered in the box. My 30 year old Craftsman 1/4” standard socket set is the same way but the case seems to be made out of thicker plastic. Time and use will tell.

Surprised decent quality - use them for light automotive and diesel equipment in the field. I would recommend purchasing this product / fit to size and no burred corners. Ratchet works like quality ones. Case works well - easy to carry and lug around.

I got these because the set I had had only short sockets and I needed deep well sockets for cases where I had to screw down a nut over a threaded rod. I like the fact that the ratcheting mechanism has pretty fine teeth. I like that it has both metric and English/SAE sizes. Both are needed these days. It seems to work fine the handful of times I've used it so far. I haven't tested it on loosening really tough nuts so I can't say anything yet about how hard the metal is and how resistant it is to slipping or rounding out. It comes with a nice carrying case and I like that the sockets are labeled with the size. It is a heavy set (heavier than my old short socket set), but that's to be expected because there's another full set of sockets that are longer and heavier than the short sockets. The only downside is that the finish is not so great. It's a matte black coating or something and it's a bit nonuniform - slightly splotchy. It's not the high quality finish that I'd expect from an American, German, or Swiss made tool set. But not a big deal -- looks don't factor into how it works. Overall I'm happy with the purchase. It's a good value I believe.

Truly not a bad assortment for the price I wasn't sure what to expect but what I got was pretty good The case is a little cheap but adequate it's not like it's going to fall apart The nice double clasps are good and of course foam insert to keep things from rattling around The sockets themselves are actually quite impressive Nice matte finish nice bold markings that you can actually read and excellent six face sockets so far every bolt I've tried is a nice snug fit as it should be I'm really not a fan of the 12 point face sockets and stuff like that they tend to strip more six face tends to work better in my opinion These should be impact tolerant and it comes with both SAE and metric as well as short and deep It will take me some time to really give them a good working over over the next couple months I will be sure to report back but my initial impression and first use are pleasing I would consider these to be a decent bargain for the price

I bought this set for my Son-in-law so he'd have any of the sockets needed. He only does small maintenance as needed, change oil, rotate tires, etc, at home. This kit has everything he might need to make the job easy. The sockets and ratchets are well enough made that he hasn't had to worry about any breakage. For anyone wanting a kit to put in their vehicle, or just have in the garage, this is perfect. It covers all sizes, and the box is actually good quality, that way you aren't chasing sockets all over the garage.

They can take a beating and bit stretch or deform. The wobbly is especially effective. It takes high quality material and manufacturing to produce an impact wobbly that doesn't fail rapidly. I've used it with a high torque 1\2" impact, obviously utilizing a reducing adaptor, on a few hard to reach bolts and it doesn't bind up at its maximum angle at any speed. The wobbly alone is worth $75 to the right mechanic. The holding case leaves a lot to be desired. Like most socket sets in a blow molded case, if it gets opened wrong or bumped you'll have a mess on your hands. It does have a sticker on the top indicating to open that side up, which helps a lot actually. Still with grabbing an aftermarket solution to organize and store the set though. For $20 you can get a quality socket rail that holds everything secure. If you're only using the set occasionally the OEM case will do fine. If you're using it daily you can cut the case in half, separating the top from the bottom. Then clean a drawer in your tool chest for each half. Sitting flat in a drawer ensures they don't spill or get bumped while helping stay organized.
