I tried 7 different brands of neck fan, some cheaper and most much more expensive. For me, this was the best one. A couple worked as well but were too narrow for my neck. A couple were colder but stopped after 90 minutes. Thus runs for ~4-5 hours switching between 1st speed and 2nd speed. I don’t think the highest speed gives much more relief but I suspect it will deplete the battery much faster. It took me thru this winter in SE Asia and I’m still ready to go on whatever trip I take next. ... show more

I'm writing this review in June of '25 because I'm under a heat dome and it's hot hot hot! And I like to sit outside. I have discovered that if I set it back a little bit air blows against the back of my neck, which is nice. It is pretty noisy, though

    • Kept me cool at the amusement park!
This kept me cool waiting in line at the amusement park this past summer. It's not too loud and pretty comfortable. I did bring a bag to put it in during certain rides so it wouldn't fall off. It made waiting in a hot line bearable. I plan to use it at the beach too.

Love this neck fan as it has helped going outside or working outside for an in length of time. With all the power outages here in Texas it has been very helpful. The battery life is great as it will last me all day outside. Very easy to recharge every night. Also, like the Ergonomic curve fit around the neck. I received it today and was able to charge it fully before going into work this afternoon. I used it for about two hours on low speed and it stayed running the whole time. I like the shape as it sits well without just trying to fall off. I also like the blue color it is nice. I only used it on level 1 today and it was quiet while providing a nice breeze. On the downside it does not have a digital display or even lights to tell you how much charge is left. There is one light that is red when it is charging and green when it is full. The paperwork with it also said you need to be careful not to over charge it so just plugging it in overnight or otherwise taking your eye off of it while charging is probably not a good idea. It has a metal plate at the back of the neck simulating a cooling plate, but this model does not offer that feature unfortunately. The vents do not go all the way around In the display photo it looked like it would but it is purely decorative. Otherwise, it is light and worked well for me today. I will test it more tomorrow and would like to do a run time test to see if it will really last as long as is claimed. The higher power battery vs cost is the main reason I picked this one instead of what I really wanted. ... show more

I have bought and tried so many neck fans with lanyards hanging around the neck like this one is but just different styles all different styles and this is the best one by far. It stays in place, it has that little cooling blade on the back of the neck, the battery life seems to be great I have not run out of battery yet and I'm using it for long hours at a time. I actually saw this on a waitress at a restaurant around here and she sent me the link and Bam I knew it was the one for me! ... show more
