Just want what I paid for. The Seller reached out to me and asked how we could fix this issue. If reimbursement would help for the new storage card I had to get to get camera system working. I said yes . And could not believe they reached out to me to take care of the issue. Even brand new products can have issues. It's all about the support you recieve after the sale. The cameras don't easily stick to your bike you have to figure that one out on your own needs a better mounting system for bikes, I also didn't like the extremely cheap battery clips thin as paper had bad connection and made my screen flicker on flicker off really annoying.

I received a damaged but working product. I decided to test the carplay and see how it functioned. Its a great little device, the front and rear cameras are good quality and the bluetooth connection was quick and stable. I reported the damaged product to ATOVANKA customer service and quickly shipped out a replacement. This is an excellent product with great customer support. I got this ATOVANKA portable motorcycle DVR from Amazon very quick, the item was very easy to install on my Harley SG, video quality is very excellent, the camera double side tape is trash after 5 minutes install it falls out you need to replace with a better double side tape, I have problem with the TF slot card it keeping popping out so, I purchase new TF card but it did same thing I think the TF card slot is defective. Request the item to be replaced but Amazon said can not do it and only will refund.
