It is very well made, and the fan “really” works. 5 different speed settings, varying from 1 as a light air circulator, to 5 for serious fan blowing in your face (for real, a turbo). And the “ice cooling” feature indeed is a revolutionary feature, you can either put that ice cool surface to your face, or that surface will condense vapor and have them blow to your face and achieving the “ice” cooling sensation, I had never had anything like this before, eye-opening experience for me. There are multiple ways to carry or set this fan up. It comes with a lanyard that allows you to wear this on your neck. Or you can flip/fold it and set it like anywhere. The overall size is nice, light enough to carry around, put in your pocket etc… Yet, super powerful in terms of fan power. Lastly, for the quality and the performance, $20 is a great price! I’m genuinely impressed with this little fan. Feels well made and not like a cheap knock off which is the first good impression. In the general sense of things, it’s one of those "stow-and-go" designs that folds down flat enough to disappear into a desk drawer, a glove box, or a backpack side pocket without a struggle. The fact that it folds is perfect because I can set this down literally anywhere or just hold it in my hand. I would best describe it as good and convenient. Expected a fairly weak breeze, but the airflow is surprisingly strong even on the lower settings. More importantly for me, it stays pretty much quiet even at the highest speed. I also really like the small digital display. It’s a minor detail, but it makes the whole unit feel a lot more "premium" and polished over more common fans of this type. It hasn't hit those 90-degree summer days yet, but my work office tends to turn into an oven by midday in the summers, and I can already tell this is going to be a lifesaver. It’s a keeper I think! Small, practical, and way more powerful than it looks at first glance. Last note here is that I did plug it into my generator just to see what kind of wattage it used on high speed, and it pulled about 5 watts. ... show more

We've tried a bunch of these little mini fans over the year, and hands down this is one of the best ones we've tried so far! I love how not only does the fan tilt different directions, but you can still charge it in almost any of those directions, so you can still use while it's charging which is great. I also love the battery indicator, it's so clean and easy to use, and it's also super easy to see what percentage the fan is on using that same screen and whether it's at 100% power or not. The battery life on this is pretty good, we haven't been able to get it down to 0 yet (we always just charge it when we're done using it) so that's definitely a good thing. I think the coil whine from the fan is a bit loud and I don't totally love that, but it puts out enough air at max speed that it's still pretty work it. Overall I give this a 10/10, definitely recommend, it's a very versatile and well designed little mini fan, and the included ice cooling feature is a nice bonus as well. ... show more

This handheld portable fan is fantastic and definitely better than others I’ve purchased in the past. It has five speed levels, and you can actually feel a noticeable difference between each one, which is great depending on how much cooling you need. It comes with a charging cord and a long strap, so you can wear it around your neck for hands-free use. It’s perfect for being outside or on the go. I also really like that the handle is adjustable, so you can either hold it upright or fold it to lay flat on a surface. For such a small fan, it’s surprisingly powerful. I tested it on the highest setting for about five minutes and it only used around 4% of the battery, which is impressive. It’s also very quiet, even on higher speeds. One unique feature is the button on the side that cools the air even more and it makes a noticeable difference. Overall, it’s lightweight, easy to use, and super effective. Was looking forward to this arriving finally. With this heatwave it has definitely come in handy. The fan comes with a little instruction sheet, USB-C charging cable and an adjustable strap for carrying or wearing around your neck. It was already charged at about 77% so I was able to immediately try it out. It is very easy to use. You can hold it, or use the battery part as a stand. The charging port is on the back. On the front under the fan there are 2 buttons. One is for on/off and the power - speeds. You have 5 speeds, 20, 40, 60, 80, 100%. The other button turns the cooling on/off. It does not get very cold. The fan is pretty strong. It has been nice to be able to turn this on and set it on the desk to bring some nice air movement in this heatwave. Even to take out on the patio and put on the table there. It is a little heavy to me for hanging around my neck. However, we have figured out how to hang it on my power wheelchair so I can use it when out and about. Somewhat impressed with how much power this little fan has. ... show more
