This is very well made and easy to use. The instructions are very clear and it’s really easy to clean up after use. It does a great job cleaning carpets and rugs. I had a rug that I loved but it had gotten dirty from every day walking and this just breathed new life in it!

This thing is compact and easy to use. It even talks to you! The cord wraps up on thr inside so it's not all over the place. Has the option to steam and spray water. The hose is a nice length. It works great. Lots of different attachments as well. Definitely worth it!

Wow, did not expect it to be this good. We had few spots we wanted to clean and this thing is like a beast! Cleaned them without issues. We will definitely keep this one and recommend to friends.

I was initially impressed with the features however I could not remove one of the attachments after placing it on. I tried everything but could not get the steam nozzle to release. Also I googled this machine and it had a 3.2 review as this was once on Amazon before and now is back with high ratings. Returning immediately. Scam.

I have only a normal carpet steam cleaner. It does have hand attachments but kind of a pain to use. Seen this and figured I would give it a try. Overall not to bad. Build wide is actually more sturdy than I would have thought. Only downside is the unit can not hold the extras. Not a deal breaker though. Cleaning it has done a pretty good job. It could be better than I am thinking as I have really only tried it on a 15 yrs old couch that is pretty dirty. Even with that it did a good job. Wasn't expecting a miracle but happy enough with the end results. Working on finishing up the other half. Its not huge and does run through the water quickish, but kind of figured that going in. Just wanted a small one for easy clean up. Though kind of throwing a lot at it at first. Its keeping up. Could it be a bit bigger, yeah. But it does what it is supposed to do. Time will tell on how it works over time with regular maintenance. Will update if needed.

I am so in need of a carpet vacuum because I had a problem of our carpet that had a stain from last month. My daughter was doing her painting and accidentally spilled the paint on the carpet. I was trying to cleaned it with vinegar and baking soda but it won't come off even how hard I tried to wiped it but still the stain is so visible. And then earlier this month I bought this tough and stain remover from the nice company and also a couple weeks ago I bought this carpet vacuum cleaner thinking that it might help because my SIL suggested it. So,I did tried both. I used this carpet vacuum cleaner with the stain remover and I was pleasantly surprised with how this thing works. It cleaned so well in our carpet. As if there was no stain. I got surprised how the paint stain cleaned and was gone. I thought that the paint won't come off. I am so glad with how this carpet vacuum cleaner works amazingly. I never regrets for buying this. And additionally, this would be a nice partner with me in doing house cleaning. This is a great value and investment for me.

It is quieter as well. I love that it heats the water, My old cleaner only had hot water if I filled it with it. This works really well getting stains up and also leaving the carpet barely wet. I used it on a tile floor and it left the tiles sparkling clean. This is a great little carpet cleaner.

I like that this machine stays pretty compact and has a place for both the hose and the cord. I had an issue with the steam not working right away in the machine but I was able to run some water on the cold setting and then switch it to hot/steam and it worked great. This is an awesome machine to keep the house / upholstery clean. I used to use a Hoover for this same thing but it wasn't as compact as this one. Plus, I love being able to turn the machine on and off using the wand. There is a voice that walks you through any issues on the machine. It will tell you it's warming up, or if the steam is empty. A handy addition to keep you from having to pull the manual out all the time. Overall everything works great. suction is good too.
