This neck fan was the only fan that was truly cooling. It is wireless and has 3 speeds. The 3rd speed is what I used but the sound was a tiny bit loud , which is what I found in the other neck fans I tried. This one is black and it uses the latest USB C port for charging. I recently got a new phone and my small chrome book uses the USB C charging port as well, so I don't have to have so many chargers for different items. That is a huge plus for me! The other neck fans had other older charging ports. When this company makes a lighter neck fan, I will be in line to buy it because it is reliable and it stayed charged over a couple of day while using it on and off. Also, the other neck fans pulled my hair out while on, so I constantly would get a pull while just sitting and talking. This one showed no signs of hair pulling and that seemed to be the deal breaker with this great neck fan!

I purchased this portable neck fan after seeing our tour guide in New Orleans wearing a smilar gadget. I am very pleased with the purchase. The price was right, the battery lasts a long time on a single charge, uses USB C which is very convenient. The fan blows strong yet is relatively quiet. Overall this is a very good product and a great device to keep you a bit cooler on those hot summer days. The personal neck fan keeps the air circulating around your head and face, and the air blows a comfortable breeze as a fan does, so it feels cool and delightful. It is well worth the small investment for a bit of additional comfort this summer.

I have a medical condition that doesn't allow me to be out in the heat for extended lengths of time. I decided to get these neck fans for the times I am out. I bought these because of the positive reviews and for the fact that the fan units don't appear to appear to extend far out away from your neck like some others do. I thought those might get in my way when leaning over to examine things. Delivered quickly. They did fit comfortably around my size 16 1/2 neck and they were partially charged when I received them. Put them on and pushed the button. Since I was indoors, they blew cool air all around my neck. Some went on my chin and up a little on my face and around the back of my neck. Felt great! That was the low setting. The medium and high settings blew more volume but not higher up on my face or neck. The low setting isn't loud at all, you can barely hear it. It gets louder each time you increase the fan speed but it's not uncomfortable. Still, they did seem to cool me. Outside, they blow whatever temperature the ambient air is. They do cool your neck because as they blow across your skin that is moistened by sweat, the sweat evaporates, thereby cooling you. Kind of like the "swamp cooler" effect. One thing, though, the air outlets around the neck fan are on the inner, upper edge, angled upward toward your neck. If you're like me, overweight and have a neck roll, the roll will block the outlets if you raise you head or lean it left or right. I guess because this is a smaller unit. They are very light and pretty unobtrusive. The fans units are closer to my neck and do touch my chin when I look down at my feet but the fans don't get blocked. I've used them 4-5 times for about an hour each time and they are still on the original charge. ( I fully charged them shortly after trying them on). Overall, I probably should have tried one of the larger neck fans, but this seems to keep my neck and lower part of my head cool for the times I'm outside. If it really humid, hot and sunny you can still get overheated from direct sun exposure, so be careful!.

This fan is a lifesaver for me! I get super hot all of the time. It is so comfortable to wear around your neck that I forget it’s there. The airflow has various speeds that all have its purpose. I thought I would have to have it on high all of the time but I don’t need to in order to be cool. It cools me off fast and keeps me cool. The only thing I sometimes have trouble with is when I have it on high I sometimes can hear people talking as well but part of that is my fault because I don’t hear as well as I used to.

Whether you are going to the beach, working in the yard or heading to Disneyland being in the heat sucks. I have shopped around for other neck fan models, but this one is sturdy, looks great, holds a charge and keeps me cool. The fan is quiet. Out and about with other ambient noises, you can't hear a thing. When you are in a quiet area, you can hear a silent hum. And there are three speeds. Could the fan be stronger? Sure, but it is a good product. I think the best thing about this fan is its sturdy design. You are not going to lean up against something, or sit on it and break this fan. It is sturdy and there are no open blades. When you are done, just throw it it in your bag. I love it.
