Ordered this for my 13 yr old son. He absolutely loves using it. The instructions were not the best but I am often instructions illiterate as well. Took me 2 days of trying to put it together (with many MANY breaks due to 30° weather) before my husband was free to help me. Then he fixed all my mess ups and finished it up in 15 minutes. ( lol go figure) Then a month later came the storms.... we slept through them only to find our hoop knocked over in the morning and the rim bent beyond repair. With so many options for rims and the various costs on here I decided to contact customer support to find out where to buy a new rim and which one I need. Instead they are taking care of us despite it not being in any way a product flaw or their responsibility. They chose to go above and beyond and send us a new rim. The hoop is stable, easy to move and raises and lowers with minimal effort. The light up light broke in the first rain but we also never connected it fully either. So that is 100% our fault. Pros: 1. Installation took about 10 minutes. 2. Held on exclusively with zip ties. 3. Colors are easy to see when it's a bit dark but still visible during the day. 4. Cord length was more than adequate. 5. Kids really enjoy the lights and anything that gets them outside playing more is worth it. 6. Price is very reasonable for what you get. 7. Has held up for 2 months in the rain / outside so far. Cons: 1. Did not come with batteries and is not rechargeable. 2. Took multiple tries to get shot sensor to work. 3.
