I contacted the company and they sent a new one free of charge for the part and shipping. Unfortunately, likely due to my poor description of the missing part, it was not the exact right part. love this goal so much! This goal is perfect for my 2 year old grandson. It is very sturdy, durable, and everything he needs. It adjusts from 4 -6 ft I think on the lowest setting. To get it on the lowest setting, leave out the middle pole. Don't put in the middle pole! I would say for ages 2-5, don't use the middle pole, because it won't let down to 4ft. ... show more

This is a nice basic hoop. Easy enough for my 8-year old to adjust the height. It has not blown over yet, but I'm a bit concerned at times in higher winds. It was easy to put together and is so far durable. The backboard is a bit load when the ball hits it. Sounds like a drum.

I am very happy with this basketball hoop, my grandson loves it and it's just the right size for him. He just turned five and I'm happy with the fact that it will grow with him. It had very good instructions and packing of the parts was excellent to make it easy to assemble. My husband and I put it together pretty easily I think one person could do it but it was definitely helpful to have two. The only thing I would say was they don't tell you to remove the one section to make it smaller until the very end so we had to take that part out which wasn't real difficult. ... show more

Got this and withjn 2 years, the net disintegrated recently. It doesnt raise & lower except all the way up and all the way down. So its hard to play with. Sturdy in structure otherwise.
