The item description reads: “Portable Basketball Hoop Goal Basketball System Stand Height Adjustable 7ft6in-10ft/5.8ft-7ft with 44/28 Inch PE Backboard Wheels Basketball Equipment for Youth Indoor Outdoor Use.” So I bought this for my 6’1 son and my 5’8 daughter. The backboard is smaller than a piece of poster board and is right at 7’0 tall. Once we got it together yesterday, I was furious. I came back and read the entire Amazon ad and now I’m kicking myself in the butt. This is great for my 4’3 9 year old, but not for the teenagers who actually play basketball.     • Do not buy!!!!
Bought this for my seven year old son for Christmas this year. It was fast and easy to put together and it fell apart even faster. Backboard and hoop fell off the pole that eroded and in one rain storm. I then took the backboard and hoop and mounted it to the side of my barn. This gave me only one extra week with this waste of money. In one more week I’ll have a pile of dust. If you only need a hoop for 4 weeks this is for you! If you want a basketball hoop to last longer look somewhere else. ... show more

I had an issue with the size of the goal. I didn't realize it was a smaller goal. I removed an email and was given a full refund. Customer service was amazing.

    • Not worth the cost
If my kids were not so happy to see this be delivered, I would have sent it back. Instead, I went to Ace Hardware and purchased everything I needed that was missing. Which it was missing the steel axel which holds the wheels and the pole for the back board to the stand, and all the bolts that hold it together. We will see how long it lasts. Not made for adults at all. Way to small backboard and height adjustment would never be high enough for adult use, unless you're just messing around with your young children. ... show more

    • Nice-quality, full-sized goal
It's not the standard, full-size goal quality, but it's still good quality. The adjustable height is very nice for younger kids and then grows with them.

    • Setup wasn't bad & it's a good size for youth basketball
The instructions say setup should take 2 people but I think it can be done with just 1. I did most of the setup on this and only needed help when filling up the base. The directions aren't incredibly detailed with every little thing, which was a tiny issue for me because I am just a little better than okay at putting things together, and I had to fix a couple of parts. Like part K - the metal plates that go next to the pole on the back of the rim - I put them on the outside of where they were supposed to go instead of the inside. I also put the pole in the opposite way and had to fix that. But other than that we haven't had issues with leaking through the base or through the base plug which I thought would for sure happen. There also weren't instructions on how to thread the net into the rim. ... show more
