We purchased three of the swings and we love them. They were not difficult to put together, as the instructions were easy to follow. We did find one of the swings damaged. I reached out to the manufacturer and had a replacement part sent right away. The replacement part arrived in a timely manner and even had drill bit with it that was a perfect fit to the screws that I had to remove. We just cannot say enough good things about the awesome customer service. The level of professionalism. Wow. Not only that but the product is also great! Love this swing! Looks great, and was easy to put together. The beverage drop-down is unique and functional. The only issue was that their suggestion of putting the front chain in the 17 link, did not slope the chair back enough so that you did not feel like you were going to fall out forwards. Moving the links just a few tilted it backwards just enough to make it feel snug. I have got a lot of good comments on it! ... show more
