  • Absolutely the best scooter for the price I paid.
Pattern Name: Scooter
Great products it arrived today and I bought a seat for the m365 e-scooter and this is a m365 clone evidently because it went right on perfectly. whenever I turned it on it had two bars of battery and I have ridden it about 4 miles on those 2 bars. It's a comparison I have the gotrax gxl version 2 and the throttle response on this one is way better especially on bumpy roads. the reason I bought this is because I hate the automatic cruise control on the gotrax this does not have cruise control and I will say it handles much better and actually is faster than the gotrax version 2. I'm charging it up fully tonight and I'm doing a full range test on it tomorrow and I will post an update on how it does but so far I'm very impressed very very impressed great scooter for the price I paid it could not be any better. Update..... I have had this scooter for a couple of weeks now and when the weather is good I ride it on average about 9 miles a day. I've had no problems with it at all on the nine Mile ride I lose about two bars of the five bars of battery charge. So when I get home my battery gauge is on three bars 165 lb and it's a pretty flat ride with four medium sized hills. And I write about 12 miles an hour on average. So given those specifics I think the scooter is still great and in my opinion one of the best ones to buy even know there are way more expensive ones out there. ... show more

  • Getting in touch with company about warranty.
Pattern Name: Scooter
The scooter worked all of 3 months then won't turn on. Tried to contact the company and I get no response from them for over 2 weeks. I had gotten the extended warranty and was directed to the manufacturer who does nothing. The hub for the rear wheel broke off before this and I tried to talk to the manufacturer about getting a replacement part and had the same results. When it worked it was fine with the 3 speed settings light and charging. I wouldn't recommend this company because they ghost you when a issue arises. Need to have a replacement parts available and a better warranty responses as to email to oblivion. Thanks my electric Scooter seems to be Thanosed. This is why I would not recommend buying any product from this company. 7/24/2023 This is the 3rd time I have tried to contact you since the scooter will not power on. acts like it is charging but does nothing. I have received no response from this path and at this point I only want a refund for a product that didn't even last a few months. At this point I would also blame amazon for not doing anything since they Populo is no longer listed as the contact for seller and is Amazon LLC. ... show more

  • First week review ~ I’ll update periodically
Pattern Name: Scooter
It’s bigger than you might be used to, the last picture is it next to my old razor kick scooter. It gives a really smooth ride and is easy to operate. The lights and screen are nice and bright. The rear mud guard is really flimsy though and wobbles often. The handles are very grippy, but I can see how it can become uncomfortable to grasp if riding for an extended period of time. Overall a solid and affordable choice! I’m in college so emphasis on the affordable. and if you leave a review you get a free cable lock so.. I’m giving it four stars though because of two things. 1) The folding mechanism is weird. It doesn’t lock down, it clips onto a small hook on the rear mud guard. Evidently, mine fell off the first day! I tried looking for it but only found the small screw it was attached to and now when I fold my scooter it basically does nothing and flings open because there isn’t anything to lock onto. This is a hassle because this scooter feels 2x heavier unfolded due to the weird angle you have to carry it at. 2) The power button (the only button) doesn’t always register. The other night I was trying to turn it off and had to press harder and harder for it to actually turn off. Mostly it works, but it’s annoying to try to turn it off and end up turning the headlight on and off over and over, since it’s the same button. Anyway, this is my initial review of this scooter and I’ll update in a few days to see if the manufacturer can help me fix the locking mechanism! ... show more

  • Very Fun Scooter
Pattern Name: Scooter
Great Scooter, my 11 year old loves it. He zips all over the park passing the electric razor scooter, walkers and bikes at 15-17 mph. When there’s to many people on the path at any spot he can go off road to pass as well. Charges in about 4 hrs. Has a working headlight and brake light. Durable with inflatable tires. This will fit a 10 yr old to 50 no problem. Customer service was incredible, very responsive and easy to deal with. Overall recommend. ... show more

  • Sturdy and Trouble free for 2 years+
Pattern Name: Scooter
I bought this for my daughter to use for commuting and basic travel two years ago. She has been using it ever since and still uses it for her commute. The only negative is that it is pretty heavy to carry at around 37 lbs. We have never had a problem with it.

  • Fun, but not made to last
Pattern Name: Scooter
TLDR: Affordable and initially great, but does not last very long I've had this scooter for 1.5 months. I've been using it as part of my commute (maybe a total of 6 miles in a day). At first it was great: affordable, light and portable, great for my hybrid commute. Unfortunately, after the first week, the battery started to not last that long. It would just barely manage the trip on a single day's charge (and it slows down precipitously as the battery level drops). Over time the wear on the latch for folding it was getting concerning to me give it's age, so I'd all but stopped folding the scooter after about 4 weeks. Then in the past week it has started giving an error (E3) that is not listed in any of the support documents. The worst part of that error is that it locks the wheel - while in motion; so this has become an actively dangerous mode of transit. My research suggests it's some sort of electrical/wiring problem. Maybe I just got a bad scooter, or maybe these things are just not up for regular use. Either way, I am now in the market for a replacement that will hopefully stand up better. ... show more
