This is my second time purchasing POPULO this brand. I used to have their other portable drain auger, that one is more convenient because it was equipped with rechargeable batteries. This SKU is not exactly portable, it is powered by plug in cables. It also means it is much more powerful. For some reasons my kitchen sink sewer clogged easily. And sometimes it clogged with small rocks and grease. POPULO 30 ft drain auger solved all my problem. The head of the auger dig in quickly and unclogged the pipe easily. The inner core cable is very flexible, most importantly the inner core design is splash free, no messy left behind. The auger is easy to set up as long as you read and follow the instructions step by step. The operation is a little bit different, but very easy to master it. I really like their thoughtful tips. They put a QR code on the machine, most of the trouble shooting procedures could be found on the website. I will definitely give a good review of this product, hopefully it will help more people.

I really wanted to like this auger. It worked great for about 20 minutes, but then the forward/reverse coupling at the end of the hose sized up and refused to go into reverse. An auger that won't retract isn't much good for anything. Also, the cable bunched up inside the drum twice, and getting the machine open to fix the cable is too hard. 8 screws, all into plastic, so I expect them to strip out after a few fixes. The inner drum at least needs metal insets for the screws (or, better yet, latches instead of screws). Finally, there is NO indication when you get to the end of the cable other than the thing seizing up. A simple fix is to mark the cable with paint a few feet from the end, which they should do for you but don't. I ended up returning it.

This thing or shall I say tool is amazing. I personally bought it thinking it will do the job in an ok way but turns out that is was amazingly useful. Got the job done cleaned all the plumbing issues I had. Very durable and easy to use. Trust me its worth it. Btw for the price didn’t find anything like this….

The media could not be loaded. Having the extension works great as you don’t have to hold the machine and can control the extending/retracting of the snake from the extension end. The foot switch works great, able to start stop just by stepping on the switch and keep hands free to control the snake.

I have one of Populo’s smaller drain auger which did a great job (see the other review) with my sinks. I needed something a bit longer and a little bit more powerful for a kitchen sink blockage. This was just the job. Saved me a good amount on a plumber.

This product is amazing, I love this product so much it helped all of my problems with my sink. This is very portable and it is a great product to buy. This saved me lots of money and it works even better if a plumber had done it. I can always count and rely on it to fix up my sink problems. I have 2 more Populo products, and they are also great, and I recommend everyone to buy it.

I bought this 30ft drain cleaner with automatic feed, and it worked great! It was easy to use and cleared my clogged pipes without any hassle. I'm glad I didn't have to call a plumber, which saved me some money. Definitely a useful tool!

I love that this drain cleaner is detachable. I've used many machines where the flexible cable gets tangled inside, making them almost unusable. With this one, I can easily remove the cable to untangle any knots. It’s very practical.
