I was hesitant with a magnetic pop socket. I still wanted to use my wireless magnetic chargers… I’ll tell you, this thing is stuck like Chuck! You have to WANT to take this thing off for it to come off. I have no question about its sturdiness when holding my phone. I’ll ding Amazon for delivery. First one would be delivered tomorrow, then it was 2 days after, then it was 2 days after that, then it was officially ’Lost’ after waiting for over a week on what should have been overnight. Had to request refund and re-order.

I find the pop socket to hold plenty sting enough. The only time mine has come off is when I purposefully pulled it off or if my phone fell or was dropped from a high place. I can carry it by the pop socket alone without it falling off, my kids can play and pull on it without it coming off, I’m not crazy about the color/pattern but when I bought this the selection was very limited. I will probably end up buying a new color when more are available.

I've never needed a "phone holder" before, but the current 6.1" sized iPhone models can be unwieldy at times. I found myself balancing the phone in my hand with my pinky beneath the charge port and it started to get uncomfortable. I use wireless chargers a lot, so needed a phone holder that either A) would support wireless charging through the holder or B) be removable via mag safe. I tried three different mag safe holders, Anker, another rotating ring holder, and this PopSocket. The Anker ring didn't rotate, so switching grip meant lifting up the ring, repositioning it, and setting it back on the phone. NO THANKS. The rotating ring was better, but I still didn't love it. The PopSockets model won the shootout and works well. I've been using this for the last month and two people asked me, "Where'd you get that?!?" Both of them ordered one on the spot. My biggest complaint is, though it acts as a stand in landscape orientation, it does not in portrait orientation. Sometimes I like to stand my phone up on my desk.

I love these MagSafe pop sockets. I only wish they would last longer. I’ve had three now that have all broken. All last about 3-4 months of everyday use. Overall, these are great because they adhere well and make it very convenient to hold your phone. If PopSocket could make them more sturdy I would definitely keep buying. I’m done buying for now because I think after the third time of spending $30 I’ve learned my lesson. Good luck to all!

I love the colors. However, it’s not shiny, like the pictures make you believe. It’s more of a matte finish. Feels sturdy and strong though. I would love if you could flip what way you attach it to the magnet though. I prefer my pop socket closer to the bottom of the phone, as opposed to the center. Overall I like it though.

So glad they made these mag safe. I like to change cases once in a while so I love that I could just take the whole thing off. It’s super strong so it’s not too easy to take off but it’s manageable. I was thinking of going for the pop wallet but I wanted to try an Apple wallet too so figured I can switch them as needed. I wish there were more colors to choose from and I’m actually not a fan of the style of these like they’re so rounded. It would be cool if they could match the pop wallet style maybe. But it’s no big deal as I’m not looking at it all the time.

Man! I wish I’d found this earlier! I missed my old PopSocket when I got my new iPhone 13 mini with MagSafe. I didn’t want to lose the ability to wirelessly charge. THIS is genius! It can easily lift off for putting my phone in my pocket and charging at night. Dream come true!!!

I’ve had 4 other magnetic pop sockets in the past; all of them were your usual circular ones you have to stick onto a circular magnet. It only comes off when I want it to. None of them were as secure, strong, durable, or solid as this is. The best part of all? It’s still just as useful and flexible as any other pop socket out there. Hands down the best I’ve had and I’m not ever going back.
