Much better than I expected for the price. It's strong and sturdy, and provides a ton of covered area. Getting the canopy attached wasn't too bad if you read the directions, I wouldn't recommend winging it, as this is different than any other canopy you've likely used. The coverage extends past the frame, providing a large covered area, but it looks complex at first. Keeps the rain off, and while i haven't tried the screened walls, I certainly will in the Spring when the mosquitos emerge. ... show more

I got this to use with homes I stage. I found buyers really appreciate it when I showed them how they can make a basic patio or deck into a covered area for dining or other outdoor activities. This one sets up pretty easily. The frame goes up like most other canopies I've assembled but the top is a little different from some others I've used. It's heavy duty quality though - better quality than I anticipated at this price point. The covering at the top is waterproof and does a great job of keeping sun and Rain off of you so you can stay dry underneath and enjoy the outdoors. I like to use pop-up canopies for staging because I can easily break them down and take them with me to the next house I'm staging for sale. Interestingly enough, in both cases where I've used these canopies, the buyer made including the canopy as a condition of sale. Given the great price you can get on this item on amazon, I don't mind leaving them behind at all. But you can imagine how much more appealing a patio would be with this setup over some nice patio furniture compared to having the sun glaring on that same furniture. This is a beautiful 13 x 13 canopy that appears to be well made and durable. I think it’s easiest to setup with two people, although the assembly is straightforward. Once the canopy is setup, it feels secure and stable and offers a lot of room —it’s perfect for enjoying time outside and is waterproof and fade resistant. We will definitely be enjoying this item throughout the summer and fall. When not in use, it is easy to stow and transport in the included wheeled carry bag. Reasonably priced as well. ... show more
