It's a solid, well-built dolly once you put it together. I can see where people would have issues. The instructions are minimal but enough to put it together as long as you pay attention to the pieces shown. Leave yourself some floor space as it will make assembly easier. You get all the necessary pieces and tools to put the dolly together. Order it if you need to move heavy payloads and if you have the time to put it together. It's a great buy for me and 5 stars for its quality.

Excellent in all respects except the assembly instructions. I had to put it together 3 times to get everything right. Make sure the crosspieces between the main rails are on the back side (toward the wheels); then it's pretty easy to assemble.

It's arrived with Broken plast arm dolder what's holding the bottom part and it's really not worth the money I tried to return it unfortunately I can't so simply I west my money on this product and not recommended it at all

This is a nice Dolly that is lighter than my other hand trucks. This one works perfect for me transporting water softener salt and some firewood into my basement. The Frame is a little wobbly, but appears strong. I would not use this for any thing of high weight

The instructions are horrible and difficult to follow, very small text. The hand is dysfunctional in that: the latching mechanism does not or is flimsy. The cart will not stay in the standard upright position with coming detaching. I purchased it and reported problems with the assembly. I then traveled and came back and continue the assembly to my chagrin - I no longer had the box and amazon would NOT process the return without the box. It would seem that a company as large as Amazon and with the business acumen (should not that some products are not what they seem and customers do not always keep boxes for long periods of time - AND they should be a process what can be used for products that have failed or do not meeting standards after 30 - 45 days. Stuck with the crap

Fabulous dolly cart. Works great and lightweight. Does not fold, so not as easy to get in the car as some. Is quite tall. Goes up and down stairs with ease.
