This is my second pool cleaner within a month. This first one ( which was NOT this product) failed after 2 weeks. It just stopped charging. I returned it and ordered this one. What a game changer. I use it probably 3 to 4 times a week. I started out using the floor only and then moving over to walls. Was able to get the pool done in one charge. So I switched to automatic to see how long the battery will last and it did both floor and walls in one charge. Doing the automatic, I did notice that it ran the battery down to 5%. That’s OK with me. It did its job. I will hook it back up and charge it and it usually takes about an hour and 45 minutes sometimes two hours but mainly an hour and 45 minutes. So far, I’m extremely satisfied with this pool cleaner. Btw, no, I am not reviewing this because I got it for free or anything else. I’m just your average pool owner that’s tired of having to manually clean my pool. I don’t know how long it’s gonna last. Hopefully I can get several seasons out of it but for the price I could not go wrong. The app is good but has problems. I use it to see what percentage the battery is. If you choose what mode you want you can’t go back a page. Frustrating but I get the job done.

Runs about 2.5 hours floor only, for the most part cleans about 95% of my pool has good suction, did notice when it did my steps it flipped over reason i only do floor only but i tried wall and it seems to struggle to follow a pattern and move over but for floor only it works great. Update 07/26 its a good product but Only used about two months and the tracks came apart, for the past month have been trying to get warranty to replace and zero luck they just say technical support will reach out hopefully this helps to anyone thinking of buying one. Now im stuckk with an item that does not work and probably going to have to spend more money to fix or buy a new one.

It has a long run time. It ran for over 2 1/2 hours doing just the floor and still going strong when I turned it off. However it doesn’t vacuum up all the fine dirt 100%. See my video. The bottom of my pool is not completely flat, it has foot indents in the sand under the liner from the install. The tank like track works great for going over this. So if your pool bottom isn't flat, this robot will not get stuck. This may or may not be the reason it doesn’t clean the floor 100% on the first pass. Built well and seems like good quality. The price was ok and overall we are happy with it.

I liked this product and it worked great but one of the rubber tracks broke a few months in and no replacement so I ended up getting a return. Would be better if you can find replacement parts.

It’s a winner! I will say though that where you plug in the charger on the robot that You should pull it out slowly and carefully . You do not want the rubber straps that close the port to snap . We are very satisfied. Good sturdy robot and easy to clean

I would give this pool vacuum a five-star if it had a better system to remove basket hard to get cover on and be consistent have to play with it my friend bought one said the same thing and we're both old mechanics and also when you pull the vacuum out of the pool when it's done the rubber door or flapper is weak and it is a bad design and a lot of the product it vacuumed up releases into the pool and is very aggravating other than that it climbs walls unbelievable it does not get stuck like my previous machine it has plenty of suction it has a great battery life two and a half hours run time easy to switch between modes without the app if you don't want to and it charges fast 2 hours ready to go again so I really liked it with the exception of them two things that's why I gave it a three and it's not cheap almost 500 bucks, also I have tried 2 others were complete crap.. I am taking pictures of dump door that houses basket and flapper underneath unit..Hope this helps
