We followed every direction to the T and this thing just does not work. All the correct lights come on. But no matter what setting we put it on, it will only go a few feet and stop and refuse to move. If I give it a push it will go a few more feet and stop. It climbs walls great but will not clean for more than a few feet. It cleans great the few feet that it does do but it just won't go more than a couple feet. Our pool is not super dirty and the basket was never remotely full. We will be returning for a different vacuum.

I am very happy with this purchase. We have a 24 foot round above ground pool and most pool robots state they are only for in-ground pools. After using it for a month, it does a good job of cleaning up debris from the many surrounding trees. It gets the whole pool clean on a single charge. No more hooking up a cleaner hose, moving around to get the whole pool and then needing to clean the pump filter. All that is required is removing the filter basket and rinsing it with a hose. I don't know yet about the life of the robot, but it has certainly saved me a lot of time and effort.

The vacuum consistently got hung up on the pool drains on the bottom of the pool and the steps. It spent a lot of time sitting idle. It seemed to have some programming issues. It did a great job of cleaning the bottom of the pool when it wasn't hung up on something. We had to use a hook to get it unstuck. Had to return the item.

I am on day 3 of using this robot vacuum. On day 1 and day 2 I just did the floor. Today I have set it to do walls and floors. I was really worried about how well it would work. For the last 5 years I was using one that had to be plug up with a cord laying all over the deck. This robot takes about 4 hours to charge and will run about that long. I know it's only been 3 days but I'm so happy with it.

I have a 27 foot round above ground pool and this device could not complete even a couple passes across the bottom of the pool. Unless your pool it laser smooth across the bottom this device will find every dip or bump and get high centered and just get stuck. Also even when it was able to make make it across the pool it did not seem to alter its path and just cleaned the same stripe back and forth
